The Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) is thrilled to announce that the full Crisis Professional Curriculum is now live on the OwnPath Learning Hub!
The comprehensive curriculum includes:
- 32 courses spanning 45 hours of seat time
- A final assessment with over 100 questions
Certification and Credentials
Colorado requires Mobile Crisis Response teams, Walk-In Centers, and Crisis Stabilization Units to have crisis professionals on staff. Completing the assessment qualifies individuals to operate as a crisis professional in the State of Colorado. Additionally, this curriculum will qualify for Micro Credentials towards an associate degree within the Colorado Community College System starting in the fall of 2024. Many courses also offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successful completion.
