Overview
People in Colorado can send complaints about BHA-licensed providers to BHA. Complaints and concerns can refer to mistreatment including but not limited to: unfair treatment, denied services, poor quality of care, injury, abuse or neglect, or treatment errors. BHA investigates all complaints and concerns. Learn more about submitting a complaint to BHA.
Formal violations can occur when a BHA-licensed provider does not meet all of the requirements or explicitly define the rules outlined in the BHA provider rules documentation.
