BHA recently launched a phone tree for the main phone line (303-866-7400). A phone tree is a communication system where a pre-recorded message is relayed sequentially to a list of contacts. This will allow BHA staff to more rapidly assist customers with needs or questions.
Zoom Registration Issues
Providers reported issues with Zoom registration. Please ensure that your Zoom application is up to date. We will be monitoring to see if there are issues next month, and making adjustments as necessary. If you cannot get into the meeting via the registration link, here is the Zoom link in case you would like to copy this to your calendar. This link will stay the same for every office hour in 2024.

OwnPath Provider Expansion
We’re currently working on expanding the list of providers on OwnPath to include providers not licensed by the BHA, including Medicaid providers. Our team will be working with HCPF to collect a list of Medicaid providers, ensure their facility information is accurate, and then add them to OwnPath. While we do not know the exact timeline of when these providers will be available on OwnPath, we consider them one of our main priorities. As we get closer to preparing the providers for inclusion on OwnPath, we will provide updates during Office Hours for awareness.
Digital Consent
We had a community question on the work BHA is doing on client consent. Several members of our team are participating in a working group run by the Office of eHealth Innovation who is leading the statewide effort on creating a centralized digital consent repository. More information from OeHi can be found here.
