Client Care Search
- The BHA is building a Capacity Tracking and Bed Management System also known as Client Care Search. The first release of this new tool will be in Summer 2024.
- This platform will allow behavioral health providers and other providers of social services to gather accurate care capacity (beds, slots) availability information and better facilitate the referrals and placement process via a clinically-focused provider directory.
- User testing was most recently conducted from July - October 2023 to deepen knowledge on how providers facilitate referrals today. If you’re interested in the findings, you can read the full report or read the report summary.
- User testing will continue to be performed post launch.
- We are looking for feedback on the design of the directory for this tool, if you’re interested in providing feedback please fill out this survey. Survey closes this Friday.
Ownpath Care Directory
- What is the OwnPath Care Directory? The OwnPath Care Directory allows people in Colorado to find a local behavioral healthcare provider that meets their needs. Visitors can search by different criteria including distance, ages served, days open, and more.
- What is the OwnPath team working on?
- How OwnPath will display new licensing information.
- Adding additional information to OwnPath so providers can share more about what makes them unique.
- A way for providers themselves to update information in their OwnPath profile…

Behavioral Health Claims & Eligibility Project
