About LADDERS
LADDERS is a system that the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) uses to manage behavioral health services for the State of Colorado.
How to use LADDERS
The Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) manages behavioral health services for the State of Colorado through the Licensing and Designation Database and Electronic Records System, often referred to as “LADDERS.”
This site primarily serves as a landing page for the licensing, designation and/or approval needs for providers of behavioral health services in the state of Colorado. Visit the OwnPath website for more information about providers.
New BHA Providers
New agencies begin their application process by submitting the required Letter of Intent (LOI) through an online form. Submitting a letter of intent will allow an agency to gain access to the LADDERS system to apply for a license, designation, or approval with the BHA.
Once this form is submitted, BHA staff will review your submitted information and provide your agency’s username and access for the LADDERS database.
New agencies, please start here: Letter of Intent (LOI)
Note: Current BHA Providers do not need to submit a Letter of Intent.
Current BHA Providers
Current BHA providers with an active license, designation, and/or approval will use the LADDER login to access the LADDERS system.
In the LADDERS system, current providers will be able to access the following:
- Renewal Applications
- Modification Applications
- Violation Information
- Account Information
- Contact Information
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the LADDERS system and need support, please email the LADDERS support team at CDHS_LADDERS@state.co.us or book a technical support session.
