About TMS
TMS is a system that helps behavioral health providers and probation officers keep track of drug and alcohol treatment programs. It collects and reports information about treatment and prevention efforts.
TMS includes 3 systems:
- Drug/Alcohol Coordinated Data System (DACODS)
- DUI/DWAI Referral System (DRS)
- Alcohol/Drug Driving Safety Coordinated Data System (ADDSCODS)
How-to guide
New to using TMS?
- New users must fill out both BHA Statement of Compliance and BHA Data System Access Request forms:
- Note: for TMS, if you need access to multiple agency locations, you will need one login for each location and only one Data System Access Request form is needed (every location must be identified on the form).
- Every user needs their own login information and logins cannot be shared with others.
- Forms can be submitted via email to cdhs_bha_provider_support@state.co.us.
